Heather Adair

Director of Permanent Placement Services

Heather Adair is the Director of Permanent Placement Services for JDResources, a division of Sirius Staffing, and brings more than 20 years of leadership, sales, and relationship management experience. Over the course of her career, Heather has fulfilled multiple roles including Regional Sales Director, Relationship Strategist, Account Manager, Advisor and Entrepreneur. Heather is passionate about the recruitment industry and providing innovative solutions to her clients. Her specialties are Contingency Direct Hire, Executive and Retained Search along with Outplacement services. She promotes diversity and inclusion in the workforce and the supply chain and has completed several courses on unconscious bias, fair and effective interviewing, and inclusive leadership. She is an advocate for the National Minority Supplier Development Council, the Southern Region Minority Supplier Development Council, and the National Veteran-Owned Business Association. Ms. Adair is an active member of Manufacture Alabama and serves on their Human Resources and Workforce Development Committee. Additionally, she is an active volunteer and community fundraiser, serving on multiple boards and committees for organizations that support art, science, health, and education.

Heather is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration. She and her husband, Tony, enjoy traveling, concerts, and spending time with their Golden Retriever and Golden Doodles.
