Introducing Carl Parnell, Lead Recruiter

Carl joined JDResources in March 2023 after a successful career as a Human Resources professional, gaining experience with two global organizations as well as a contract brewery in the United States.  Carl holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Memphis.  Upon graduating, Carl held leadership roles in the accounting departments with local as well as global companies.

Upon leaving Pacer, Carl joined the global mobility company Cartus, where he was an HR Manager.  Carl again was responsible for many offices throughout the US, eventually assisting internal clients in Japan and Brazil as well.

While at Blues City Brewery, a contract producer with four locations in the US, he was the Human Resources Manager, eventually becoming the Learning and Development Manager.  While there, Carl made numerous business contacts in the manufacturing and food processing industries.
